Just check out the current product offerings of all the major transceiver vendors, take InnoLight for example: 1.6T modules. These guys are a major supplier to e.g. Google. Similar for eOptolink: 1.6T DR8. HG Genuine: 1.6T DR8. Coherent: 1.6T-DR8.
