The Company is increasing its authorized share capital from 7,500,000,000 shares to 20,000,000,000 shares and is setting aside the previously proposed reverse share split for the foreseeable future.

Normally if I read the words reverse split (R/S) I go no further. It will stop many folks from going further. Why was I able to get some @.0003 ? I live in California , know the area, used to own NBRI because of my knowledge. Under old management it had few press releases and was going no where. Many in the mining Industry find something, start off without real good available financing, do r/s to keep going when they hit a snag. Now my patience has to out last the flippers, and wait to a very great press release to overcome R/S. A lot of good information is available on this Ihub message board (very rare).
If your patience is wearing a little thin go to the top of the page on I hub. under HOT categories "breakout ", "most read", etc., I have checked every day for over 1 month and find NBRI sometimes in more than one category. Many eyes are watching now- more patience is required.
