Thanks Brusselsspirit. This looks completely different than the Delaware case since it is coming from DC and a different judge is presiding. We brought this one against CGON. It is just more evidence that our team is on the offense. I was not able to get details of the case since I hit a pay wall. If anyone can provide any insight about what the heck is going on that would be very helpful. We have a different attorney for this case and he is a Cornell law professor. It looks like they are willing to spend what it takes. It also reinforces the idea that we have a partner. It is also curious why they filed the case in DC.

JTFM, you thought this could end up at the Supreme Court eventually if things don't go our way since inventors rights are essentially stolen from them given the incredibly long development times to bring the drugs to market. Maybe this explains the DC filing?
