Triple, I think the PMB loss is not as substantial as is being assumed given the 2/3 of the sales are Medicare and unaffected. I think they could quickly slash costs to print flat forward quarters. Buying back your shares at a $250m cap is a no brainer when a strategic buyer effectively gets it for free at $800m and worth much more assuming positive value for the existing patents. The value is wasted via the continued go alone strategy... the value is with a big European player with a sales force that can drive sales. They should buy back $50m to enhance current shareholder value and put it up for sale... explicitly by hiring bankers to shop it if necessary.
