ESC is a tax evasion scam IMO. Note the tickers and names involved in this PR you cited---

BOTH tickers received (*cough cough*) "donations" from Epidemiologic Solutions Corporation (ESC) --a charity incorporated in a double wide trailer in swampy, rural SW Louisiana just above Lake Charles.

Dr Richard E (Evan) Goulding is the BROTHER of the infamous scam master Randall S. Goulding-- a disbarred lawyer, convicted felon who was sent to prison for financial fraud and permanently barred from having ANY involvement with ANY public company. Yet in defiance of court orders, Randall GOULDING made official filings on behalf of Spooz in December 2023. [b[color=red]]This 173 page SEC complaint against Randall Goulding says that in 1998 he was convicted of conspiracy to defraud the United States, mail fraud, and illegal transportation of currency in connection with a tax evasion and money laundering scheme[/color]. He served six months in prison, received five years of probation, and was suspended from the practice of law for four years. (Page 3 or PDF page 40). It also says he has been involved in Spooz over a decade as explained in (page 24 or PDF page 91). The amended complaint also lists his brother DAVID GOULDING as defendant (PDF page 67).

Funny that ESC goes WAY out of its way to claim
