What exactly has NWBO created?

The concept of ATl-DC vaccines was already used in clinical trials prior to NWBO. Maybe NWBO found a way to tweek it a tad. Or maybe they just found an indication where it works. Or maybe they have nothing.

As far as Direct, many have trialed similar concepts. NWBO ran a P1/2 trial a decade ago. It was designed to select what indication showed the best ORR in the P1 and take that into the P2. They had zero ORR and the program has been on the shelf.

Oh, and Flaskworks. Others already have such equipment on the market.

I do applaud LP for the creativity to set up two CDMO's for herself. And the concept of actually submitting a MAA based on this trial is something P.T. Barnum would be proud of.
