spin; even with cash, if cornell can convert @.40 and ride and/or sell shares there would be no way to retire debenture-are they then restricted? in any case they would be dilutive-if free trading, if they do want to sell it will be overhang then-and what about the .25 warrants?--terms are key to all here, i'll go back to find--imo we could have a couple of slowdowns in move depending on convert terms and what cornell does
