Once again - these lies go on and on!

There was no “Standing Order” and you know this VERY WELL. The FACTS are that Foelak came out with her nutty ruling and it WAS NEVER FINALIZED by the Board of Commissioners! Therefore, her order never took effect and it meant NOTHING!

There were never any “mitigating circumstances” admitted by the SEC and there never has been!

The ONLY reason filthy little DBMM was let off the hook is due to the SEC’s “internal error”. The OIP was dropped because of that error and FOR NO OTHER REASON. Certainly not because of ANYTHING that DBMM did, in defense of their INTENTIONAL filing transgressions.
