Not as overbrought as you might think thanks to the selloff before. But rsi is 61 on the 500 index. which is not overbrought. I just think valuation are far from cheap, the economy at best is slowing, the market is up a ton this year and near all time highs, and we are still in one of the roughest seasonal periods in the stock market. None of this makes me very bullish at the moment to say the least. My cash levels are at a whopping 84% right now. So I think the market at best will retest the lows we seen this month, and at worst sink below them to say about 4800 or so sometime between now and say middle to late october. Hence not rushing to be buying anything right now and raising cash when I can. I'm even thinking about going net short this market as well. But haven't done that yet. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
