Books, boxes, and normal business items representing that the business is operating. The desk in the front was cluttered to a magnitude I haven’t seen in years. Nice building, wrong location and never never let a bean counter try and operate a business (Boeing for example)

He’s not a crook, on the contrary. I’ll go through this experience as it didn’t turn out so great for someone that had good intentions.
