LP and LG would sell the company at $7 or $8, but no one is willing to inject even $200M cash at even one-fourth of that valuation, unfortunately. They seem to be content selling C shares at a discount even at such ridiculous valuation. Clearly, they are unable to articulate the value proposition as some cheerleaders here.
