It's a busy place Horse.
The Southern District of New York (SDNY) is one of the busiest federal courts in the United States. In recent years, it has handled approximately 12,000 to 15,000 cases annually. This includes both civil and criminal cases, covering a wide range of legal issues. (US Courts.gov).
Cases are divided between 44 judges conducting both trials and entertaining constant motion practice. They are a hard-working group and have enjoyed a longstanding reputation for judicial excellence, professionalism and independence. Northwest Bio is fortunate to be in this Court where facts and law matter.
If you lose here, it's because the facts and/or the law were not on your side, not because of the judge.
Regards.
