That would work for me if the settlement also barred the MM from continuing the spoofing and manipulation of the nwbo stock.

Since I imagine the MMs will not admit any wrongdoing as part of the settlement, I’m not sure how the shenanigans would be stopped other than starting another law suit.

Perhaps the legal eagles on this board can kindly enlighten us?
