Correct. Also any hedge fund who bought NWBO shares any time after the delisting from NASDAQ would not be reporting it on form 13-F. So contra what the shorts claim, there could be any number of funds who file a 13-F who own NW. We have no way of knowing. The list of funds some like cite as proof of 'minimal fund ownership' is probably only those who owned when it was still on the list of 13-F securities.
