Leaving my office right now, but I can get the link to you tomorrow. So far, I have a lot of 'X' followers wanting to sue ENZC, in a class action, but I'm not organizing that. I'm trying to give Chandra and Cotropia the chance to make things right.
My Twitter account exploded with new followers asking me "who's in charge of the lawsuit? I want to sign on...!"
I had mentioned once, just once, reading about a lot of folks trying to organize a class-action against ENZC, which is true, of course, but some hungry thousands wanting a pound of flesh for their losses, didn't care that I said I saw folks posting that, they seem to want me or anyone doing that for them, and telling them were to join and donate for the legal expenses. That KoP stuffed shirt, who's allegedly an attorney and once offered to organize this very same suit, is now pumping Adnexus for Chandra, and blocking those of us who dared to ask about his constantly flipping 180-degree turns on ENZC.
I just want to keep it honest and fair.
BUT NO ONE, from ENZC, has responded to any of the glaring cut-backs I've been posting on their X-page in response to the crap they're putting up there. Chandra himself has not replied to a voicemail I Ieft him in late July or about 4-5 friendly posts from me since, reminding him we're still waiting on a shareholder remedy. He or Charles should at least tell us in which direction to swing limply by, while waiting for legalities and new public entities to work themselves out.
