As far as the current ENZC goes, I contacted the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences to investigate their claims earlier this morning. I contacted both the Director of Microbiology, (who coordinates and manages all biomedical research for the Academy's 3 sites in Bulgaria,) and the Department of Immunology, who ENZC claims to be working with in their new agreement.
It took some advance emails they could translate quickly into Bulgarian for them to fully understand me. (In MS Windows)
Once I conferred my sincere intent to get some information and protect citizens from stock scams where their good name was being used (or abused).they were very nice and tried to help.
Hard slavic accents on their attempts at English there.
I did not get much time on the phone with them. The Director of Microbiology never heard of them OR monoclonal antibody research going on at the BAS. There are a lot of anti-cancer and molecular research going on for the developing of medical treatments, but not what I was asking about, far as she could tell.
The Immunology Department that ENZC claims to work with, is pretty autonomous, but if an agreement, collaborative or not, gets signed for research work, and for any materials at their Academy, it has to undergo funding approval through the office I called, even if its minor funding, and they've not heard of any initiative involving 'Enzolytics' or a 'Harry Zhabilov'. I even tossed Sharabura's name at them, nothing.
They did tell me that new research initiatives can start pretty informally, like just from a phone call, but before anything can start, there's usually months of department and academy approval that must be obtained, before 1 day of work can begin, and to date, they have not heard of Enzolytics.
That's about all I could get. Odds are, Zhabilov does not have enough Alumni points there to BS-up an agreement with them. It was just a fun exercise in checking out scam-b@$tards. I just rebutted their latest claims on Twitter/X, and now I'll go back and challenge the jerk putting out the ENZC PR's on X, about what he knows about the BAS. Whomever writes those dreary, nothing to see here, PR's, they may want to start spelling their own company names correctly. "Vitogenetics" give me a break
