This is OTC pink, once the dilution starts it doesn't stop Jmo Now that RD has a taste of how easy it is to 💩 on shareholders he won't quit. Evidently he can't get financing or grant money so hes cranked up the dilution machine 😬 Just hope the money goes back into the company and not into his pockets as a CEO annual bonus or something like that 😐 Ive seen that happen too many times where shareholders get fkd and CEOs get richer.
