Nein, nein, nein. Only MHRA can schedule their visits to the hospital sites. It's between MHRA and the sites. NW can't dictate to the MHRA on this!

BTW, you are a skeptic (Skeptiker), not a scepter (Zepter) [I'm not judging your English, but teaching, tho it's a little funny because both English words come from German!] The English pronunciations are close to the German. The c is silent in sc like in science. FYI I'm a student of German and used to teach English (to the Japanese).
