NICE can give a final appraisal determination that gives access to the set asides without a final fixed price agreement in place until a later date even though they are set up now to have reimbursement align more closely to MAA approval. The final fixed price will likely be tied into actual costs involved with the set up of Flaskworks and any costs associated with any changing regulations centered around this new tech. Best wishes.
