The SEC had their chance to shut down DBMM and they blew it. It was right in their hands and it slipped away. This whole mess was caused by the SEC. Their internal breach of information changed the course of history for DBMM. Now someone has to pay. The holders of the NSS position will have to file for bankruptcy to avoid a margin call. The government will cover the short positions to clear the books. Only my opinion.
