Maybe Tony did make an informed decision. No one here knows what he's been doing to decide on this acquisition. Did Derik Stotland approach Tony? We don't know who approached whom, but it's certainly possible.

Derik Stotland, president of Stotland Trucking, commented “We have been executing on our business plan and were looking for a partner to grow with.
