read the WMIH 2013 10-K as filed to the SEC by Independent auditors doing a forensic accounting of ALL ASSETS OF WMIH POST BANKRUPTCY CLOSURE.....WMI paid 1.89 billion for WAMU bank and related assets... total!!!!!!!!......the filing goes on to state that WMIH is not engaged in ANY LAWSUITS TO RETRIEVE FORMER ASSETS HELD BY WMI....It also states that the estate belongs to the Reorganized Debtor before and after the chapter 11 filing... it states WMMRC is the sole surviving Reinsurance Trust out of 7 Reinsurance trusts that was used to value the shares given to former WAMU shareholders as the result of the judge ordering Mediation hearings to find a cure for Insider trading by the hedge funds...it further states WMMRC has 34.1 million dollars currently in Trust funds.... it says WMIH has a enterprise value of 76.1 million dollars if sold out of chapter 11... in short, there are NO BILLIONS HELD IN TRUST BY WMI, WMIH XXXX, OR WHATEVER COMPANY YOU WANT TO CALL IT!!!!!!!!!! give it up, and go fishing.. you might catch something there....
