CVX moving headquarters CA—>TX—to_flee “adversarial” business climate:

Two year ago, CVX moved most of its central operations staff to TX, but kept its HQ in San Ramon, CA. Following the move to Houston announced today, only CVX employees responsible for local operations in CA will remain in CA.

Note: CAT moved in corporate HQ from IL to TX in 2002 (#msg-169148464). Anyone see a theme here?
