Flaskworks is not needed for approval or a reimbursement decision except that an offered reimbursement rate may not match a successful business model or provide opportunity for treatment that matches demand. Prime example is the limit on CAR-T patients treated. High price, limited patient access and tough business model all wrapped up in one. Linda and Dr. Keyoumars Ashkan say no thanks to that very costly and insufficient strategy except as a quick stepping stone to something much better. Best wishes.
