I'm just talking about what they've done so far. If MOBL had recently issued more shares to Cornell, it would have shown up as an 8-K filing. It hasn't, and it's reflected in the low volume we're seeing.
What I'm really interested in finding out is when Kite/MOBL files their IPO prospectus. That should be fairly soon.
