I'm positive janice would not be offended by your cooking. I grew up working in the food industry lol. If there was dough to be made it was a hundred pounds of it.
If there was sauce to be made, it was gallons of it. I'm a micro-manager now, pretty much always have been.
It's just me these days. I'm serious when I say all my friends are dead so it's only cooking for one or two this time. It's been a hard shift on me but I try to do the best I can with what I have left in the tank.
