Ok, just saw it was before 5am. On hungry, lol, i yet again caved at around 3pm and got out of bed at about 6:30, went for a short walk and am still getting through a bowl of spaghetti bolognaise, umm, no janice says it isn't so i'll call it spaghetti and pork, this time, yum yum meat sauce.

Pork, little salt more black pepper, onion, tomato paste, cayenne, pepper, soy, can of tomatoes, marjoram. It's much better than Paul Newman's, but janice told me the proceeds go to charity so hope it keeps selling.
