Lord Emu of eGipped stated that EVERY use of voip, anywhere, anytime, was automatically an infringement, and when further questioned as to the possibility of a get around, he said there was no possible way to circumvent that fact. I've never forgotten that statement from him because I realized at once, that it made clear, according to him, that the number and eventual quantity of infringements, translated to damages, then tripled........was clearly upwards of a trillion dollars and anyone who doesn't see that or disputes it, like the recent poster who scoffed at the idea of Vplm being worth $250 billion, is simply ignorant of the facts and the numbers. Mind you, it doesn't mean it's really got that value but the point and most important thing IS THAT IS VPLM's CLAIM! And is what results in uninformed or dumb peeps to keep topping off the Vplm funny car with fuel, ie, contributing to the emu go fund me page.
