First of all to settle for 1.25% would be foolish if they truly have these companies "by the tail". Secondly, if VPLM's technology is relevant to each and every phone call and text that is sent across the world and as claimed by the CEO, then your numbers even at 1.25% are waaaaay too low. The numbers just don't jive on so many fronts. It's easy math.
