you don’t tell investors on CCs repeatedly that you have 4 years of cash runway and then pull this stunt.

Got to agree with you for once. It is really pretty stupid. Missling just doesn't to seem to have any awareness whatsoever about investor guidance and credibility as he has demonstrated so many times when it comes to trial timelines, etc. I hope there is additional information disclosed that will eventually make sense of this additional registration of shares.
