If?? WV gave us $1.75million...

The fact that CLNV already has the lot/building, has engineering/construction company engaged, and staff on the ground doing what they can.

Company has focused on making WV work despite the delays out of the companies control. So, although WV with the $15 million has been delayed it never meant the company stopped working on effort.

Looking forward to seeing the upcoming press releases...
