It's just the registration, but I wouldn't be surprised if they actually dilute this week.

I also wouldn't be surprised. It has been my experience that stock sale offerings often proceed almost immediately following the registering of the stock. If that happens, hopefully it will involve a relatively small amount of money to avoid significant dilution at the current low stock price. Maybe we get lucky and the filing is just a placeholder for financing later down the road.
