No, it is not a single issue. It is a new complaint and a new MTD with new issues to be addressed.

1) Is "temporally proximate" an hour or minutes?
2) Long term impairment (a rehash, but NWBO raised more points)
3) That all of the 31 "1 hour" asserted spoofs show fail to show damage (per MTD) for various reasons
4) That none of the 16 "examples" that were used to assert spoofing existed were in the 1 hour window
5) That alleging long term price impairment is contradictory to alleging an efficient market.

Still about the same complexity. Do agree though that the court will decide when the court decides.
