It’s not insolvent and yes, biotech’s pre-approval typically have no revenue and are dependent on financing their progress forward. Scaring people apparently is your gig. That has absolutely nothing to do with your claimed motivations, which are completely bogus apparently, because you would behave differently if they were even vaguely true.
