Yes, i am the CEO.

And yes DTII is a scam and their portals are also out of date.

Being a scam is a company that consistently promotes their products that gives naive investors hope but does not show results.

They just keep repeating the same PR's (wording slightly diffrent) for the last 8 years talking about Gov't agencies, schools, international, how great the portals are-- but no sales other than to a scam distributor who has sold none and some reported sales ($20K ) years ago which are suspicious. As a note the distributor has know the CEO of DTII for years and are friends and both throw nunerious BS PR's .


Dtii has been promoting and misleading the public for the last 8 years.

After 4 reverse splits and two major reverse splits (1:1500, and 1 for:500) the stock is still selling in the .06'S.

Any original holder of DTII before the the reverse splits are holding worthless shares in value.

DTII adjusted for splits have lost 99.9% of their value.

Real investors know DTII product are crap.
