Pretty sure the US gov, say fed or blackrock or who ever, forced Germany to sell their bitcoin so the US could fill their pockets. It's one of the prices we are making them pay for their defense, among other things. The US gov is ceasing London financial instruments as well, it cost London big time to try and get a trade deal. Japan also sacrificed as well but got a fab deal
