Chiugray - In your reply to Dock's post, where he mentions "franchise" tossed around, and the age of management not quite lining up with GIA, I was under the impression, that I was expressing the same point as Doc. Now I see, that you're referring to "non-exclusive licensing," which is exactly what I had envisioned.

The Franchise model is contrary to that, is more similar to having many non-exclusive licensing agreements.

The word franchise has a broad connotation, imo, and an exclusive lockup of one party is not what first came to mind. How she manages to execute is where the "rubber meets the road," as they say. After all, it's LP we're talking about, which gives me an added level of confidence.
