Yes it is, but do we know if Kim ever gave Wee a date when he would be able to make consistent timely deliveries of X amount of silk? Nothing like that was ever released that I remember. If such a date, or even an estimate, was given privately and it passed by a year or two ago you can't really blame Wee for not being out there touting his new upcoming products. Maybe the 6 out of 10 was his estimation of the chances of ever getting the material he was promised.
