There was an implied delivery schedule given by the contract.

"USD$3,000,000 in the first year [2021].... USD$5,000,000 in the second year [2022] .... USD$12,000,000 in the third year [2023].... , and a commitment of USD$12,000,000 and projected purchase of USD$20,000,000 in the fourth year [2024]"

The whole ‘Dump Kings’ movement is based on an absurd fantasy.

First, we both understand KBLB isn’t restricted to selling all of their silk to Kings. The two companies negotiated a contract where a specific quantity of silk would be provided each year at a specific cost. Once KBLB exceeds that quantity, they can sell the rest of their silk to anyone they want.

Next, we know that any company who wanted silk very badly could sign a JV with KBLB, provide a much-needed infusion of capital, help KBLB ramp up production much faster than they can on their own, and negotiate an appropriate exclusive license. I missed that PR?

Finally, if anyone with deep pockets, corporate or individual, thought that KBLB was the best thing since sliced bread, they would be hovering up shares in a way that would drive the share price to heights we hope to see. If UA wanted a piece of KBLB, they would buy one. A big one. And they wouldn’t care about the price. We would notice. With Champaign.

yes, Wee knows. as do we all. Kim said tonnage in second half of year. And that in the meantime, while supplies are limited during ramp up, we'll launch clothing. That's right now. So where's Walter? Kim has PRd multiple times that he's still on that track. But where's Walter?

I don't care if he said "1 out of 10" or "10 out of 10", the point is that he said anything at all. This destroys the claim that he's silent because Kim told him to be silent. that's a crock. where's Walter? We should all be screaming at Kings group to find out if they are awake and to start talking.

Kings sucks. Yeah, he lost money on the fashion show. Get over it. Walter can read. Kim reports being on track every damn week. The VSA, Larec, Kumar saw the plan. Kings didn't? Our partner? Pre-launch should be happening. it isn't. Where's Walter?

We gave Kim passes for years for his shit communication skills. We aren't now making excuses for Kings group too just because their asses are sore from the fashion show.
