Will IBAT's share value finally increase to a level that allows it to escape the Pink OTC and change its trading symbol to DLE? Will demand become so great that the company will be forced to hire an Army of Minions to service the needs of North America, South America, Europe and the World?...or will Big Oil say?..."You know?
