Joe Mills, our CEO. recently stated that the price of lithium Bi is $8.500 per metric ton..Thats the bottom no doubt..he also stated that he expects with the rise in demand for lithium, that it would again go up to at least 1,200 per metric ton in next year or so..IBATs plant cost to build is approx. 5o million dollars..and not 500 million like other dle plants cost to build plus years added... IBAT plant.Takes less than a year to build and produce lithium or whatever the absorbant material can seperate..Less than 3 acres, is modular,no chemicals used, 96% or so recycled water...So those factors to go along with its commercially proven tech..Our 2nd contract and more will happen soon.IMO..Next week conferences will have Burba and Mills speak with leaders in the lithium /energy business..Alot of eyes on this undervalued stocl/company.IMO..Its happy hour for me.I just adding a few more sharea today below .40..what a steal.IMO..I dont care if it takes a year to hit $5 bucks..worth the wait..cause it could happen much sooner with a biggie parthnering up w IBAT..again..US Mag was a success...and no other dle is proven to be as good as IBATS.Numbers dont lie..people do.The proof is in the. pudding, pudding..Exciting times ahead.IMO.
.
Deploy the IBAT real McCoy...IBATF will attract the whales..We need to get out of the OTC ..thats not where the whales go for food..Institutional buying will then happen..but in due time..it will happen..Too quiet for too long..News is coming very soon..IMO.Hope so..But if you can get .40s..a win win win situation for buyers looking for super value..This small cap is going places..IMO..
Yes that nothing burger will become a smash Burger by Burba!..A smile it did bring while Im having a cup of morning jo..Go Joe Mills and deploy that commercially proven plant .. A million shares says you do that!
🤔🐰 🥚🐇🥚😎
we look forward to being an active contributor to the success of this emerging industry!
This should put a smile on your face Gregcod😎

Funny you say that. I was thinking the same thing with old ceo also. Those 2 blocks of 100k into the bid smell like free shares. Good spot to add. Still thin on way up on the adk
A CEO and a few Directors left the company. I would assume they want to be paid and are selling. Just a guess..
I don’t understand how people can sell at these low prices
The U.S. is waking up to the reality that it needs more lithium — and fast.
A recent Vox article highlights the challenge: the U.S. produces less than 2% of the world’s lithium, but traditional mining projects face long timelines and environmental hurdles. The need for a faster, more sustainable extraction method has never been more urgent.
Which breakthrough solution has the greatest potential impact but is only a passing mention? Direct Lithium Extraction.
DLE offers a faster-to-deploy, small-footprint solution by extracting lithium from brine resources — using less water and less land compared to traditional evaporation or hard rock mining. Leading technologies like IBAT’s modular DLE plant are designed to meet rising demand while minimizing environmental impact and accelerating domestic production.
Scaling up U.S. lithium supply doesn’t have to take decades — if we rethink how it’s done.

IBATF would br great for this projet. Who did they choose for DLE
Grok talk.
TerraVolta Resources has not publicly disclosed the specific Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) technology provider selected for their Smackover Formation project, including whether International Battery Metals Ltd. (IBATF) was chosen. Available information indicates TerraVolta is employing advanced DLE processes for their lithium extraction but does not name the technology partner.
TerraVolta Resources, whose investor is an affiliate of The Energy & Minerals Group (EMG), and the second from East Texas Natural Resources (ETNR) LLC. Tell me about TerraVolta Resources
Grok talk
TerraVolta Resources, LLC is a Houston-based U.S. company focused on the exploration and production of critical minerals, particularly lithium, to support the transition to clean energy and electrification. Founded in 2022 by Jamie Liang (President and CEO), Ross Tomson (Chief Technology Officer), and Nicholas Muscara (VP, Land and Business Development), the company aims to become a leading domestic producer of lithium and other critical materials. Its flagship project targets the Smackover Formation, a lithium-rich geological formation spanning Texas and Arkansas.
Key Details About TerraVolta Resources:
Mission: To pioneer a sustainable future by developing reliable, affordable energy solutions that promote electrification and diversify the U.S. energy supply chain. The company emphasizes advanced technologies for mineral extraction to reduce environmental impact.
Operations: TerraVolta employs advanced reservoir, geologic, and hydrogeologic technologies to identify lithium-rich formations. It conducts rigorous testing to confirm resources, acquires mineral rights through negotiations with landowners, and drills wells to extract lithium from brines using direct lithium extraction (DLE) processes, which are faster and have a smaller environmental footprint compared to traditional methods.
Smackover Formation Project: TerraVolta has secured a significant strategic position in the Smackover Formation, known for its high lithium concentrations. In 2023, the company successfully drilled an appraisal and supply well, validating its resource quality and advancing toward commercial production.
Investment and Ownership: In early 2023, The Energy & Minerals Group (EMG), a private equity firm specializing in natural resources with ~$13 billion in assets under management (as of March 31, 2025), made a substantial equity investment in TerraVolta, becoming its majority owner. This funding accelerated TerraVolta’s lithium projects and land acquisition efforts.
Partnerships and Sales: In June 2025, TerraVolta and EMG sold equity interests in two subsidiaries holding ~100,000 net acres of lithium-rich leasehold positions in east Texas and southwest Arkansas to Chevron U.S.A. Inc. This transaction marked Chevron’s entry into the U.S. lithium market and supports TerraVolta’s goal of advancing domestic lithium supply chains.
DOE Funding: In September 2024, TerraVolta was selected by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for a $225 million award negotiation to support a $1 billion+ lithium production facility in the Texarkana region (Project Liberty Owl). The facility, expected to begin construction in 2028 and operations in 2029, aims to create over 125 permanent jobs and reduce carbon emissions by supplying lithium for batteries.
Competitive Landscape: TerraVolta operates alongside other players in the Smackover Formation, such as Standard Lithium, ExxonMobil, Tetra Technologies, and Albemarle, all targeting lithium production to meet growing demand for electric vehicle (EV) batteries and energy storage.
Sustainability and Impact: The company’s lithium projects aim to reduce U.S. reliance on foreign mineral sources, strengthen national energy security, and support global decarbonization goals. Its DLE approach aligns with efforts to minimize environmental impact.
Recent Developments:
Chevron Acquisition (June 2025): The sale of ~100,000 net acres to Chevron was a significant milestone, enabling a major energy company to enter the domestic lithium market while allowing TerraVolta to focus on further developing its remaining assets.

PINE Unit
This is an umbrella term, there are many facets of this methodology for extraction. It is away for Exxon to call out their use of equipment(unit), but most people do not understand the purpose to those reasons.
Unfortunately(and good), there are no secondary educational institutions working on said methodology for lithium extraction.
With that being said, NO, known company has come out and said they are working on a PINE Unit. Doesn’t mean that Exxon is not but in R&D there is a reason to locking the doors. This same thing can be said for IBAT.
Don’t forget: NDA - Non-Disclosure Agreement is on the table.
It will become VERY obvious to whom they are using for the “unit” once their(Exxons) numbers are presented.
June 23rd
With this team of leaders/investors..if they aint selling....than neither am I....and more importantly, a MDLE thats unmatched for all factors concidered..but why repeat it.IBAT is number 1 and will get many plants deployed..NP.
They are planning to deploy the first unit, but first they need to find a customer..
“Like the Standard Lithium-Equinor venture, Exxon received an approved unit called the Pine Unit earlier this year, resolving that issue.”
The PINE Unit!!
In mining, the acronym PINE typically stands for “Passive In situ Nucleation Extraction.” This refers to a process or methodology where mineral extraction occurs directly from the deposit without traditional excavation.
Key Elements:
• Passive: Minimal external energy or mechanical disturbance is applied.
• In situ: The process occurs at the site of the deposit, leaving the host rock largely undisturbed.
• Nucleation: Refers to the chemical or physical process that triggers the targeted material to separate and become extractable.
• Extraction: The removal of the desired resource.
This method is often associated with sustainable or low-impact mining techniques, particularly for minerals like lithium or other metals extracted from brines.
I hope this bid seller gets caught Soon...Real Soon. Ha. Otherwise we be moving uppppp
Same Dates that Burba and Mills are speaking at the Lithium convention....HMMMM
According to the AOGC’s website, a special commission hearing is scheduled for noon June 23 in Magnolia and its regular monthly meeting is June 24 in El Dorado.
Makes no sense for Exxon Mobil to not partner up IBAT especially because Brent Wilson of Galvanic Energy ..who sold those prime 120,000 acres of lithium brine and more....Only commercially proven DLE as far as most concerned.. The SLR survey proved to Brent Wilsons liking told to buyer Exxon that the tech as excellent w numbers..We our out of the lab stage..Deals/revenue/Permits..w lithium bi prices going up = $$$..
50k shares on bid st .46. 56k shares on ask at .50. Nobody selling into the bid today. Me like

Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission receives ExxonMobil lithium royalty application
The company’s subsidiary wants to set a royalty that’s identical to one approved last week
By: Ainsley Platt - June 4, 2025
https://arkansasadvocate.com/2025/06/04/arkansas-oil-and-gas-commission-receives-exxonmobil-lithium-royalty-application/
Exxon, via its subsidiary, was also a party to the 2024 royalty proposal that was unanimously rejected by AOGC commissioners, as was Standard Lithium. The commission ruled during a two-day hearing in November that a royalty could only be applied to existing brine units that the AOGC had approved — something Exxon did not yet have — after attempts by applicants to have a royalty applied to both current and future brine units.
Like the Standard Lithium-Equinor venture, Exxon received an approved unit called the Pine Unit earlier this year, resolving that issue.
However, unlike the Standard Lithium-Equinor venture, which last week had to show both that their project could “profitably extract” and was “fair and equitable,” Exxon already has a determination from the commission that its project can “profitably extract.” It’s one of a number of requirements under state royalties law. Exxon received that determination at the AOGC’s April hearing.
Ensorcia put up the money for the ist plant construction plus..We good here.Better than good.IMO.
