So you think Randall Goulding who supposedly has zero financial interest in Spooz filed SOS documents in December without any compensation in any form for himself, his family or other ''agents''? Seriously?

His brother Richard is/was chairman CEO a ticker (GRPS) that received ''donations'' from the same sketchy ''tax exempt charity'' that gave over $200k to Spooz ....and then supposedly received shares from an ''unrelated party'' as the audit revealed.
