You really don't have any idea how the Breakout Board is calculated.

Today the Rate was 274% with 63 posts.

Rate is the change in posting activity in the past 24 hours vs. the average from the prior 7 days after certain minimums have been met.

Another company had a rate of 131% but they had 373 posts.

It is pretty much meaningless and certainly nothing to brag about.

You don't understand how the insiders are manipulating the price and dumping shares.
