It could be a small but very consistent effect in the dose arm vs. placebo that despite some of the brain region p-vals looking very impressive it doesn’t really amount to any clinical relevance.

We also need to couple that with the accuracy limitations associated with MRI image volumetric estimation methods.

The point is that we are left guessing and for what reason? It’s pathetic because of the consistency of how Anavex obfuscates trial results.
