At least you didn’t dispute that we have no idea of the absolute reduction in brain volume loss and if it has any clinical relevance or measurable effect - and why would it if ADL is not a good measure in mild AD?

Have we seen data that correlates CDR-SB to reduction in brain volume loss - no not so far, but then again we have only waited a year and a half since the messed up TLR…
