There’s no question that well-dressed men can be crooks. My point is that sloppiness in the corporate website, sloppiness of how Missling dresses, sloppiness of the poorly designed trials, etc., are emblematic of a potentially bigger problem, especially when it comes to complex regulatory filings. All of these things individually probably wouldn’t amount to much, but taken together there is a concerning pattern.

Real investors look beneath the superficial stuff to get a better understanding of how companies operate. It’s part of the calculus.
