$$FFIE Noted on the disclosure and CEO update , not surprising. Still they have some STRONG INVESTOR Interest and they do HOLD HUNDREDS OF PATENTS and Intellectual Property , makes FF that much different. .
In any case , nothing is confirmed until the Board Meeting and Shareholder Meeting in July , all seen here on page 2 of 94.

Today over 140 million shares traded so far with 1.5 hours left . When someone shorts a symbol, the are basically "borrowing shares" , so there is going to be quite a bit of turn around here and as far as the R/S it has to HAPPEN , which it has not and it could be a range from and up to MAX per the disclosure.
