Because, as a biologist I understand....

...very curious how you are so very sure of blarcamesine gaining approval--with no (so very little) recent news to back your feelings—

Well, I’m not “so very sure of blarcamesine gaining approval.” If I were I’d own 10x as many shares as now (all of the originals purchased with can-be-lost discretionary dollars).

But, as a biologist I see and understand the many reaction pathways of the Anavex sigma-1 receptor agonists, where these are all “upstream” to a diversity of crucial cell-keeping processes; fixing various downstream cellular and organismal pathologies. Lots of transgenic (human gene) murine (lab rodent) studies with blarcamesine and Anavex 3-71; I’ve read them all (the ones Anavex has published). And yes both mice and men have sigma-1 receptors.

And, as I’ve always contended, knowing biological research as I do, I’m certain that Anavex has conducted closed-door research projects on a variety of animal species with a wide variety of pathologies. Missling knows with certainty that his drugs will not only treat a wide variety of human diseases and conditions but also have the potential to prevent them — the big prophylaxis factor.
