I salute your courage from which you will be rewarded abundantly. I am all-in. My kids' college funds, my retirement fund along with my wife's. If I include the debts because of this investment, I am over 100% in this ticker. I have been repeatedly asking my wife whether I could refinance the house so that I could have more cash and load a lot more. The motion has been denied several times. The interest rate is too high now. Otherwise I should be able to convince my wife.
