As you suggested, with hazard ratio's of 0.73, 0.75, and 0.74 in the 3 tertiles there's no reason to believe it would be significantly higher than 0.74 below 55mg/dl. As to that pesky MO hoax, well, we're well past that one. Germany is just too busy spending their money on other useless programs.
